Lynelle Lynch

Lynelle Lynch stepped into the Beauty Academy business in August of 2005 as the President of three Academies in San Diego -- JE Boutique College, Bay Vista College and Poway Academy. As an active visionary and entrepreneur, Lynelle’s experience in marketing, retail, politics and management skills has encouraged enhanced course offerings unprecedented in beauty school education and career development. Lynelle has cultivated an Advisory Board of 65 successful industry leaders who share the focus to elevate the educational experience and better meet the professional demands of today. Lynelle’s entrepreneurial and revolutionary approach has earned her nationwide recognition in many fields. As a result of her vision, relentless efforts and successes, Lynelle and the academies have been recognized in a multitude of press releases within the community and nationally in industry related publications for their implementation and innovation of advanced courses and programs. Throughout Lynelle’s career, she has been active in numerous civic and charitable causes serving on 16 Boards of Directors. In 2005 Lynelle was appointed to serve on the Board of the California Association of Private Post Secondary Schools (CAPPS) and in 2007 she was appointed to serve on the new Milady Board. Lynelle also serves on the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) Public Relations committee and is dedicated to creating a vision and mission to elevate the art of Beauty and Spa education.

Diego Raviglione

Diego Raviglione, Creative Artistic Director for San Diego Beauty Academies, has over 23 years experience as a highly creative artistic Hair Designer and Educator. Diego’s role as Creative Artistic Director leads the development of advanced curriculum, mastery of haircutting and styling techniques for students and instructional staff. Diego’s work has been published in countless magazines including Elle, ElleGirl, Oprah, In-Style, Marie Claire, Cosmo, Allure and Shape, as well as trade publications such as American Salon, Launchpad, Behind the Chair and Modern Salon.

Upon joining the Academies, Diego integrated an unparalleled chapter in cosmetology education to the academies by establishing a Master Artistic Team program; mentoring students for competitions, editorial photo shoots and runway shows. In addition, Diego is also a contributor to the Milady curriculum, leads the Externship student program and provides advanced Inspirational Based Design workshops for industry professionals. From mastery of technique and creation of new editorial collections, development of academies, international hair shows and in-salon education, Diego never settles for mediocrity and is a true inspiration for others.

Diego’s leadership roles include Corporate Artistic Trainer for Graham Webb International Academies, GWI Lead Stylist for photo shoots and annual “artistic collections”, Educator and Hair Designer for Redken, Joico and Graham Webb International, Creative Director for Stratosphere Hair Salon in Vancouver, BC, Hair Designer for LA Fashion Week and Head Stylist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the Lollapalooza concert series.
