Master Artistic Team

The Master Artistic Team (MAT) is a group of 6 to 8 Cosmetology students selected by competition from all three Academies. These students work closely with the Artistic Director to put together seasonal collections, as well as working on runway and editorial events.

To date, the first collection MAT FALL 2007 has been featured in numerous professional magazines that you can preview on our IN THE NEWS page. Our Fall collection was highlighted for it's outstanding artistic and creative techniques. The photos ran side by side with Industry leaders, proving that our students are gaining the most sophisticated skills and techniques to prepare them to be the BEST!

MAT members are the most focused, disciplined, humble and talented group of students in the school. By the time they finish school, these gifted and devoted students are equipped with elevated skills, knowledge and a strong work ethic that will serve them well throughout their careers. Students who have completed 600 hours or more of their program, with 80% GPA and 90% attendance, are eligible to compete for a place on the team.
